Annual Conference and AGM 2024

Join us and the ASPS at one of our Hub Conference meeting points in Auckland, Palmerston North or Lincoln!

The 2024 NZSPB conference will located in hubs around the motu, with sites in Auckland, Palmerston North and Lincoln (Christchurch/Canterbury) that will connect together via video conferencing. This is an in-person conference where participants will attend one of the hub locations (personal video conferencing is not an option). This will be held in conjunction with the Australian Society of Plant Scientists with a shared session, providing an opportunity to increase connection between our societies.  The conference format balances the cost pressures many are facing that could prevent conference participation, while still providing some of the benefits of an in-person event.  The hub format means we will not be accepting poster presentations for this meeting, but we will have student flash talks at each hub.  Full oral presentations will be streamed across the hubs.
